SUPER-EFFICIENT HALBACH ARRAY MOTOR

We can manufacture “Halbach NR motors” with a special arrangement of magnets. The special arrangement enables motors to run efficiently at a high rotation rate of 40,000 ppm.
It also enables us to develop smaller motors for the down-sized lab appliances or dust collectors with a motor embedded.
Our motors have low frequency torque ripples and rotate very smoothly, so they are applicable to equipment requiring a high precision in positioning, such as medical devices used in the healthcare field.

We achieved the higher speed through the technology utilizing the Halbach array with magnets.

We achieved the smaller size by employing the Halbach array, in addition to our long-term experiences and know-hows in the motor development.

In addition to the improvement in terms of speed and size, we now achieved the lighter motors.
